Description

This tailored CRM application was developed and implemented to facilitate the process of tracking and organizing business contacts, (in this case, schools.) It includes reporting and monitoring components, to enable the sales manager to see the tasks logged and their status. This software was designed to ensure that office-based staff and the mobile sales force all have access to the same up-to-date information, and thus improve the service provided to customers. The web-based sales support system also allows to use customer information for targeted marketing.
