The application was developed to improve order processing and management. The system allows to automatically generate orders on the basis of e-mails send in by customers and thus eliminate much of manual processing. The incoming e-mail is parsed and a corresponding order is created as well as assigned to the customer registered in the system. Additionally, the solution helps to manage the orders generated - customers receive order status change notifications. They can keep track of the orders placed and check their status. Any changes introduced in the order are tracked through automatically generated notes.
