As well as providing a complete all-in-one solution for the customer care team, this software can also generate reports on number, and nature or queries, as well as response times etc, to ensure that the company are always striving for the perfect customer experience.
The creation and development of our Customer Service Tool has saved us time meaning we have been able to improve our responce time to customers. The Customer Service Tool developments has saved us the cost of at least 2 members of staff during our busiest months of the year.
